The Music Department offers a foundation music programme called the Diploma in Music.  However, to be accepted into this programme, you will need to successfully complete an audition in your main instrument.

Students on a music grade 7 level and above, can audition for the Charles Bryars Scholarship which is held annually There are no SAMRO bursaries available for 1st year students, but senior students can apply for SAMRO bursaries.
